The three adult suspects who are charged in connection with the death of Saniyah Nicholson, 9, of Maple Heights, appeared in court on Thursday.
Devontae Nettles, 19, Ce'Matizea Andrews, 19, and Aaron George, 18, who are all being charged with aggravated murder, each received a $5 million bond.
Their first pre-trial is set for July 11 at 9 a.m.

On June 20, the trio and a juvenile were in a black car that was involved in a shootout on Lee Road near Cloverside Avenue, police say. The shootout occurred between those in the vehicle and two juveniles on the sidewalk, according to the county prosecutors, according to police.
Police said Nicholson was sitting in her mother's car with her sister when she was caught in the crossfire between the two groups.
