There are now 3,312 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ohio, 91 deaths

COLUMBUS, Ohio — In a daily update on coronavirus cases, the Ohio Department of Health confirms Friday that there are now 3,312 cases of COVID-19 in the state. That's a jump of 410 from yesterday, the highest daily increase yet, showing that the number of new cases each day continues to accelerate.

There are now 91 deaths across the state, an increase of 10 over the previous day.

There were 895 total hospitalizations reported on Tuesday, with 288 ICU admissions, according to the Ohio Department of Health.

The median age of patients is 54 with the age range for infected patients from younger than 1 years old to 101 years old.
