Posted

Two homicide detectives could face discipline after a woman says they searched her house - the wrong house - for a murder suspect.

Detectives were looking for a suspect in the death of 12-year-old Abdel Bashiti who was shot and killed outside of his father's beauty supply store on Buckeye Road in November. Abdel was hit when five teenagers opened fire on another group of boys.

The woman who lives at the home she claims was wrongfully searched filed a complaint.

So far, two adults and three teens have been charged in the shooting.
