Cleveland police are investigating the death of a man found with a gunshot wound to the head on the east side overnight.
Police responded to Orleans Avenue just after midnight to find 56-year-old Jerome Fullilive with a gunshot wound to the forehead.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses reported hearing the victim arguing with another man, then hearing three to four gunshots.
The Cleveland Police Homicide Unit is investigating.
