Most Memorable Stories: A school wanted elementary boys who were Native American to cut off their long hair; after reporting on the story for months, the school recanted their decision, and the young boys were able to keep their hair.

A famous boat beached on shore during my live shot while in the middle of Hurricane Ian.

Reporting on the discovery of the remains of Brittanee Drexel and the sentencing of her killer.

News Philosophy: If I don’t have both sides of a story, my story does not feel complete.

Role Model: My mother and grandmothers. I am the woman I am today because of their sacrifices and prayers.

Hidden Talent: I am a secret chef, but don’t tell anyone.

Something most people don't know about me: I met Beyonce, and my high-school jersey is retired in volleyball.

What I like best about Northeast Ohio: The people are nice, the wide variety of restaurants, and I heard it's great in the Summer (fingers crossed)

On the weekends, I love to: Have brunch, hang out with friends, go to church, and try something new and adventurous.
