CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — With COVID-19 surging in Northeast Ohio, many are resorting to taking at-home tests. But what happens if you test positive?

Cuyahoga County

Cuyahoga County has set up an email where you can report your positive COVID-19 test.

Residents can email disease@ccbh.net with their full name, address, phone number, date of birth, race, ethnicity, time and date of positive test result, and the brand of the at-home kit used, such as Binax Now COVID-19 Antigen Self Test or On/Go COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test.

Summit County

In Summit County, you can report your positive home COVID-19 test by clicking this link.

Ashland County

Ashland County has created a website where you can report your home positive test.
