There are now 86 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Summit County; 5 deaths

SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio — Summit County Public Health released an update to its COVID-19 numbers Saturday.

As of Saturday, there have been 86 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the county.

Of those cases, 22 individuals have been hospitalized and five have died, according to SCPH.

SCPH said it has been working tirelessly to prepare and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and reminds residents to continue following the state orders and social distancing suggestions and guidelines.
