CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Department of Public Health (CDPH) was notified Thursday of 34 new positive COVID-19 tests in Cleveland residents, bringing the total confirmed cases in the city to 519.
Officials also reported an additional COVID-19 related death, bringing the total to 21.
The latest death was a man in his 80s, according to city officials.
The new cases include both males and females, whose ages range from less than 10-years-old to in their 90s, the city of Cleveland said.
CDPH is working to identify those who may have come into close contact with the residents who tested positive for potential testing or monitoring, according to CDPH.
