With Memorial Day weekend being the unofficial start to summer, camp sites become weekend getaways for many, so employees of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources have been out surveying campgrounds across the state to make sure campers and staff are adhering to the guidelines of Gov. DeWine’s Responsible RestartOhio plan. More here.

The World Health Organization said that it will temporarily drop hydroxychloroquine — the malaria drug U.S. President Trump said he is taking — from its global study into experimental COVID-19 treatments, saying that its experts need to review all available evidence to date. More here.

Since March 17, parishioners across Northeast Ohio have been worshiping from their homes. The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland suspended in-person mass services more than two months ago per orders from Governor Mike DeWine. But on Memorial Day, in-person mass services can resume, the diocese said. More here.
